Question 1

Do you remodel both bathrooms and kitchens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bathrooms are our core craft — showers, tile, and full remodels — and we run complete kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, and countertop work through the same crews. Call (888) 905-6092 to discuss either project.

Question 2

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

Design consultations are typically scheduled within a few days, and urgent repair visits for in-progress projects are prioritized same-day. Call (888) 905-6092 and we'll find the earliest slot to walk your Portland, Oregon project.

Question 3

Do I need a contract?

Accepted Answer

Every project runs on a plain-language written agreement covering scope, materials, and schedule before work begins. No vague change orders — if something changes, it's documented and approved by you first.

Question 4

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Accepted Answer

Most full bathrooms run three to five weeks, and tub-to-shower conversions often wrap in one to two. Layout changes and custom tile extend timelines. We publish your schedule before demo day and keep it updated.

Question 5

Can I stay in my home during the remodel?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes. We seal work areas, protect floors, and schedule water shutoffs in short blocks. If it's your only bathroom, we stage the work to keep a functioning toilet available throughout.

Question 6

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull permits for plumbing, electrical, and structural work, and schedule all inspections. Your project closes with final sign-offs documented, which protects you if you ever sell the home.

Question 7

What materials work best in Portland, Oregon's climate?

Accepted Answer

We steer wet zones toward porcelain tile, sealed and epoxy grout, plywood cabinet boxes, and quartz tops — all of which handle our months of humidity. We'll walk material options with real samples at the design visit.

Question 8

Do you offer design help, or do I need my own designer?

Accepted Answer

Design guidance is built into every project. We help with layout, material selection, and fixture choices, and we can coordinate with your designer if you've hired one separately.

Question 9

What if something isn't right after the project ends?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (888) 905-6092. Every project closes with a walkthrough punch list, and if something on it — or something that settles later — needs attention, we come back and make it right.

Question 10

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Call (888) 905-6092 or fill out our quick request form and we'll schedule a design consultation. We'll measure, walk options with you, and map a scope and schedule in plain language before anything gets demolished.
